For March's Let's Talk About It, Legacy Foundation Japan is partnering with TELL, Japan For Black Lives, Speak Easy TYO, Jaspora, Fruits In Suits, Black Creatives and MindCollective to talk about the importance of Mental Health. We believe that prioritizing your mental health is essential to your overall well-being.To many of us are suffering in silence, wearing one face to the public and another in the mirror. It's time to talk about mental health and gain the tools needed to live healthier lives.
This event is a panel discussion, free to the public, but there are only 75 seats so RSVP today.
